Get ready, you have to be quick, Stephanie Congdon Barnes is releasing these beautiful feathers as part of her Love Notes collection on January 30th.
The feathers are made of gray wool backed with red polka-dot cotton. Each feather will come packaged in a vellum envelope printed with a Valentine’s message. One of Stephanie’s feathers would look very fine displayed in my home, I doubt if I will be quick enough to snatch one up though!
I am still working on that interview, send me some Ishi nap vibes so that I can get it done if he sleeps this afternoon! (Addendum: Oh, hello! I think that my comment about the interview is a little ambiguous, I’m afraid I’m not working on an interview with Stephanie Congdon Barnes, I was referring to the interview with Sara above. Sorry for the confusion. I can try and get Stephanie to answer my 3 questions but I don’t fancy my chances much!).
The work of Stephanie Barnes epitomizes the artful joining of the words simplicity and luxury. Everything she touches turns to gold.
If you want Ishi to take a long nap I would make sure he spends time running around outside this morning . That always helped my children to sleep after lunch.
I will however send my very best sleep vibes your way.
I love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, Stephanie Congdon Barnes. Her work is absolutely amazing… recently I’ve even noticed people that I admire borrowing her style, on which I’m not too keen. But she is lovely and her art is wonderful. I will be looking forward to the interview until it comes!
